Through demonstration and hands-on experience, we will prepare lunch on an assortment of exquisite dishes, from satay and grilled fish and curries to black rice pudding dessert. The candi are hewn into the valley walls on both sides of the Pekerisan River.. Tirta empul temple; This Hindu water temple known for its holy spring waters Founded around 962 AD, the temple was built alongside a natural spring that comes from the Pakerisan River and has been attracting Hindus and travelers for generations.The temple is divided into three distinct parts, The front yard (Jaba Pura), inner yard (Jeroan) and the central yard (Jaba Tengah). The latter contains two pools and 30 showers and serves as the focal point of this temple’s striking design. Another nearby and prominent site on top of a hill is the presidential palace, istana tampaksiring, build during the years of the nation’s first presiden Indonesia, Soekarno.
