Here, you will learn the techniques and become familiar with the fresh herbs, spices, and other ingredients that make Balinese food delightfully tasty as well as nutritious and cleansing.

Through demonstration and hands-on experience, we will prepare lunch on an assortment of exquisite dishes, from satay and grilled fish and curries to black rice pudding dessert. With the assistance of our professional cooking teachers, prepare a complete menu based on regional recipes- nine main dishes and dessert, followed by lunch based on the prepared dishes, accompanied by traditional drink (Hibiscus Tea and Balinese Rice Wine).

Jatiluwih also famous with its organic agriculture system due to the located in the in the plateau of Watukaru Mount which is suitable for the agriculture development. Bedugul fruit and vegetable market where local product are supplied, Ulun Danu Temple, and also known as the Floating Temple, is one of the most mesmerizing temples in Bali.This Hindu temple was built in the 17th century in honor of the lake goddess Dewi Danu, marking the significance of Lake Bratan as the main source of water in Bali. The scenery and cooler atmosphere of the uplands has made this temple and lake a frequently photographed attraction as well as a favourite recreation and sightseeing spot. It has long been assumed that the temple complex was already a consecrated site prior to the temple being built, as there is a megalithic stone tablet and sarcophagus contained within the complex.

Mas village; is the center of woodcarving in Bali where the Balinese turn logs of woods into a very intricate and living handicraft.

The guest will visit a gallery where there will be a demonstration of the carving. Ubud traditional market; is a traditional market offering beautiful and attractive souvenirs made by local Balinese people. It is not far different with other markets available in the tourism area where most of souvenirs are sold in the individual shops based on show owner design. Gunung Kawi Temple is a collection of ten candi, created to evoke the appearance of temple fronts and designed to provide residence for the souls of ancient kings. The candi are hewn into the valley walls on both sides of the Pekerisan River.. Tirta empul temple; This Hindu water temple known for its holy spring waters Founded around 962 AD, the temple was built alongside a natural spring that comes from the Pakerisan River and has been attracting Hindus and travelers for generations.The temple is divided into three distinct parts, The front yard (Jaba Pura), inner yard (Jeroan) and the central yard (Jaba Tengah). The latter contains two pools and 30 showers and serves as the focal point of this temple’s striking design. Another nearby and prominent site on top of a hill is the presidential palace, istana tampaksiring, build during the years of the nation’s first presiden Indonesia, Soekarno.
